These terms govern your use of ShopKorrect and any order you place with us.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order - a batch fails its Korrect Check, or stock ran out between your order and packing - we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from our Naira pricing at a rate we set and maintain. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Exchange rates move, so a price may change between visits.

Import duties and taxes are not included and are your responsibility.

Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including where it was bought. Natural products vary between batches in colour, texture and size; this is not a defect.

Weights are as supplied by the producer. Foodstuff is sold for personal use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Liability

We are responsible for the goods we sell you and for getting them to you as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers once a parcel has left our hands, though we will always help you chase them.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
