How long it takes

Most orders reach the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada in seven to twelve days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched from our Lagos hub within two to three working days of being placed, once the batch has passed its Korrect Check.

How shipping is priced

Shipping is charged by weight, because that is what actually determines the cost of flying a parcel. You will see the price before you pay - there are no surprises added afterwards.

Where a free-shipping threshold applies to your country, it is shown in the banner at the top of the site and applied automatically at checkout.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the price you pay us. Most personal food orders pass without charge, but this is decided by your customs authority rather than by us.

We declare every parcel honestly. We will not undervalue a shipment, as that puts your parcel and your customs record at risk.

Tracking

You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves Lagos, and an email when it lands. You can also follow an order from your account at any time.
