This policy explains what ShopKorrect collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. We need all of it to get a parcel to you.

When you create an account: the same, kept so you do not have to type it again.

When you join our mailing list: your email address, and nothing else.

We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and your full card number never reaches our servers.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your order, to tell you where it is, to handle returns, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. If you have joined our list, to tell you about restocks and new arrivals.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the parties who make your order happen: our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email provider.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and customs rules require. Account details until you ask us to delete them. Mailing list entries until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your basket, remember your chosen currency, and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
